Consequences of order under this Part

31. Consequences of order under this Part

The following provisions of this Act apply to a proceeding transferred under
this Part in the same manner as they apply to a proceeding transferred under
Part 3-

   (a)  section 21(2);

   (b)  section 22(1)(b), (c), (e) and (f);

   (c)  section 22(1)(g) with the omission of the expression "or an
        undertaking required to be given by a party as a condition of the
        transfer otherwise provides".
