14. Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction



(1) It is the intention of section 13 to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975.

(2) It is the intention of section 13 as amended by the Energy Legislation
(Consumer Protection and Other Amendments) Act 2003 to alter or vary section
85 of the Constitution Act 1975.
