Application to VCAT for review

55. Application to VCAT for review

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Secretary-





   (a)  to refuse to grant an approval of premises or a licence; or



   (b)  to refuse to renew or vary a licence; or





   (c)  to suspend or cancel a licence-

may apply to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for a review of
that decision.
