Licence must be displayed

33. Licence must be displayed

A licensee must ensure that a copy of the licence is displayed conspicuously
at the entrance to-

   (a)  the premises where the children's service operates at all times when
        the service is operating; or

   (b)  in the case of a family day care service, the service's principal
        office.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
