Licensee or nominee to be present at children's service

30. Licensee or nominee to be present at children's service



(1) The licensee of a children's service must ensure that the licensee or a
nominee is present at the premises where the children's service is operating
at all times when any child is being cared for or educated by the service at
the premises.

Penalty: 120 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the licensee of a family day care
service.
