Cancellation of a licence at request of licensee

25T. Cancellation of a licence at request of licensee



(1) The Secretary may cancel a licence if the Secretary is satisfied that-

   (a)  the licensee has requested that the licence be cancelled; or

   (b)  the licensee has ceased operating the service.

(2) If the Secretary cancels a licence, the Secretary must give written notice
of the cancellation to the licensee at least 7 days before the cancellation
takes effect.
