Application for renewal of a licence

25N. Application for renewal of a licence



(1) A licensee may apply to the Secretary for the renewal of the licensee's
licence.

(2) An application must-

   (a)  be in writing and contain the relevant prescribed information; and

   (b)  be accompanied by the relevant prescribed renewal fee.

(3) A renewal application must be made at least 2 months before the expiry of
the licence but not more than 3 months before that expiry.

(4) The Secretary may, on receipt of the prescribed late application fee,
consider an application for renewal of a licence that is received within the 2
month period referred to in subsection (3) but before the expiry of the
licence.
