Approval of new family day care venues

25L. Approval of new family day care venues



(1) The Secretary, on the application of the licensee of a family day care
service, may approve a new family day care venue for that service.

(2) Section 21 applies (with any necessary changes) to an application under
subsection (1).

(3) The Secretary must notify the licensee of the approval of a venue under
this section.
