Application for licence to operate children's service

15. Application for licence to operate children's service



(1) A person may apply to the Secretary to obtain a licence of a prescribed
type to operate a children's service at premises for which there is a current
approval of premises.

(2) This section does not apply to an application for a licence to operate a
family day care service.
