Corporation may enter into agreement with sheriff about registration fees

16B. Corporation may enter into agreement with sheriff about registration fees

The Corporation may enter into an agreement with the sheriff for the
registration of security interests arising because of the making of directions
by the sheriff under section 116 of the Infringements Act 2006 (including a
deemed direction under section 114(4) of that Act) for fees that-

   (a)  are less than the prescribed fee; and

   (b)  do not exceed the costs of registering the security interests.
