Land not disposed of to be treated as unalienated Crown land

4. Land not disposed of to be treated as unalienated Crown land

Any land referred to in Part IV of the Closer Settlement Act 1938 which the
Minister had power to dispose of under the provisions of that Part but which
was not so disposed of immediately before the commencement of this section
shall be and be deemed always to have been unalienated land of the Crown and
may be dealt with as such.
