Powers to make rules of court or regulations

7. Powers to make rules of court or regulations

Powers conferred on any court or on the Governor in Council or on any other
person or persons by or under any Act to make rules of court or regulations
with respect to the procedure of a court extend to the making of rules of
court for the purposes of this Act. --------------- ENDNOTES 1. General
