Chief executive officer may enter into court security agreement

2C. Chief executive officer may enter into court security agreement

Subject to the Financial Management Act 1994 and the regulations made under
that Act, a chief executive officer of a court may enter into an agreement for
and on behalf of the Crown with a person or body for the provision by that
person or body of court security services to that court.
