Certificate to be evidence as to attendance of child

74E. Certificate to be evidence as to attendance of child

A certificate purporting to be under the hand of the head teacher of a
State school or of a school registered under the provisions of Part III of the
Education Act 1958 stating that a child is or is not attending such school or
stating the particulars of attendance of a child at such school shall be
evidence of the facts stated in such certificate.
