Delegations

6A. Delegations

The Minister may, by instrument, delegate to any person or class of persons
employed in the Department or to any other officer or employee of the public
service any power or function of the Minister under this Act or under any
other Act or provision of an Act administered by the Minister, other than this
power of delegation.
