Appointment of special magistrates

24. Appointment of special magistrates



(1) The Governor in Council may by Order published in the Government Gazette
appoint any employee in the public service in the Department to be a special
magistrate for the purposes of this Act.

(2) Any such Order may at any time be revoked by the Governor in Council by
Order published in the Government Gazette.
