202. General offences and penalties



(1) Every person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions
of this Act or the regulations shall for every such contravention or failure
be guilty of an offence against this Act.

(2) Every person guilty of an offence against this Act for which no penalty is
expressly provided shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $100.
