Appropriation

16. Appropriation



Any liability of the State-

   (a)  to pay money to the Commonwealth to enable it to comply with section
        23(1) of the Commonwealth Act; or

   (b)  under an arrangement with the Commonwealth under section 5-

is to be met out of the Consolidated Fund which is appropriated to the
necessary extent.
