Regulations generally and regulations for exceptions
39. Regulations generally and regulations for exceptions
(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, for or with respect to any matter that by this Act is required or
permitted to be prescribed or that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed
for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
(2) Without limiting any other power to make regulations under any other Act,
regulations may be made under this Act specifically authorising a specified
thing to be done in this jurisdiction and referring expressly to the
Trade Practices Act or the Competition Code.
