Fees and other money

37. Fees and other money



(1) All fees, taxes, penalties (including pecuniary penalties referred to in
section 76 of the Competition Code), fines and other money that, under the
application law of this jurisdiction, are authorised or directed to be payable
by or imposed on any person must be paid to the Commonwealth.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to amounts recovered for loss or damage as
referred to in section 82 or 87 of the Competition Code and other amounts
prescribed by the regulations under this Act.

(3) This subsection imposes the fees (including fees that are taxes) that the
regulations in the Competition Code of this jurisdiction prescribe.
