Reference in Commonwealth law to a provision of another law

36. Reference in Commonwealth law to a provision of another law

For the purposes of section 25, 26, 30 or 31, a reference in a Commonwealth
law to a provision of that or another Commonwealth law is taken to be a
reference to that provision as applying because of that section.
