13. Application law of this jurisdiction

The application law of this jurisdiction binds (so far as the legislative
power of the Parliament permits) the Crown in right of this jurisdiction and
of each other jurisdiction, so far as the Crown carries on a business, either
directly or by an authority of the jurisdiction concerned.
