CIVIL PROCEDURE ACT 2010 - SECT 77
Appropriate dispute resolution(1) Chapter 5 applies in relation to all civil proceedings commenced on or after the commencement of that Chapter.
(2) If a civil proceeding has commenced before the commencement of Chapter 5, on and from the commencement of Chapter 5, that Chapter applies in relation to that proceeding.
