CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 409

    No costs are to be allowed to a party to—

S. 409(a) amended by No. 44/2019 s. 36.

        (a)     an appeal under Part 6.3 or 6.4; or

        (b)     a new trial; or

        (c)     a proceeding preliminary or incidental to an appeal or new trial.
