Accused entitled to copy of charge-sheet and particulars

32. Accused entitled to copy of charge-sheet and particulars



(1) An accused is entitled to receive free of charge a copy of the
charge-sheet from the informant or the appropriate registrar.

(2) An accused is entitled to receive from the informant reasonable
particulars of the charge.
