CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACT 2009 - SECT 32
Accused entitled to copy of charge-sheet and particulars(1) An accused is entitled to receive free of charge a copy of the charge-sheet from the informant or the appropriate registrar.
(2) An accused is entitled to receive from the informant reasonable particulars of the charge.
