Order for separate trial-conspiracy Despite section 193, if an indictment contains a charge of conspiracy to commit an offence and another charge alleging the commission of that offence, the court must order that the charge of conspiracy be tried separately from the other charge, unless the court considers that it would be in the interests of justice to try those charges together.
