Informant must nominate address etc. for service of documents

18. Informant must nominate address etc. for service of documents



(1) An informant must nominate in writing a business address, email address,
if any, and fax number for service on the informant of documents in relation
to a charge.

(2) A nomination under subsection (1) may be included on a charge-sheet or any
other document served with a charge-sheet.
