21. Application of Corporations legislation by other means

Nothing in this Part prevents a law of the State from applying any provision
of the Corporations legislation, or of an Act, regulations or other instrument
forming part of the Corporations legislation, as a law of the State otherwise
than by means of a declaratory provision. _______________
