6. Extension of period of reference by proclamation



(1) The Governor in Council may, at any time before the prescribed termination
day, by proclamation published in the Government Gazette, fix a day that is
later than the prescribed termination day as the day on which both
the references terminate.

(2) More than one proclamation may be made under subsection (1).
