10. Direct amendment of section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975



In section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975, after subsection (10) insert-



"(11) Section 4 of the Corporations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2001 alters or
varies this section and has effect as a direct amendment of this section.".
