Proceedings indorsed on writ may be taken

9. Proceedings indorsed on writ may be taken

All such steps and proceedings as are mentioned in or upon any writ issued
under this Part or in any notice issued according to the course and practice
for the time being of the Supreme Court shall and may with such alterations
modifications and substitutions as are necessary be had and taken in the same
manner as if the same were expressly directed by this Part.
