Appeal for new trial etc.

13. Appeal for new trial etc.

An appeal or motion for a new trial or to enter a verdict or in arrest of
judgment or for judgment non obstante veredicto shall be allowed and be made
and granted in the same manner and upon the same terms in all respects as by
any law or rule of practice now or hereafter in force is directed in any civil
proceeding between subject and subject.
