8D. Ministerial guidelines



(1) The Minister may issue guidelines relating to the granting of approvals
under section 8C, including guidelines prohibiting or restricting the granting
of approvals to applicants who are under the age of 18 years.

(2) Any guidelines issued by the Minister under subsection (1) must be
published in the Government Gazette.
