Orders to continue

32. Orders to continue



(1) Any Order in Council that was made under section 74A of the
Local Government Act 1989 and that was in force immediately before the repeal
of that section continues in force as if it had been made under section 26.

(2) Any Order in Council that was made under section 161(7) of the
Local Government Act 1989 and that was in force immediately before the repeal
of that section continues in force as if it had been made under section 28.
