Repeal of City of Melbourne Act 1993

31. Repeal of City of Melbourne Act 1993



(1) The City of Melbourne Act 1993 is repealed.

(2) All things and circumstances created by or under that Act that were in
force or operating under that Act immediately before the repeal of that Act
continue to have the same status, operation and effect as if that Act had not
been repealed.

(3) Without limiting subsection (2), the repeal of that Act does not disturb
the continuity of status, operation or effect of any Act, regulation, rule,
local law, order, instrument, title, planning scheme, liability or right.
