Council and Authority may enter into an agreement

27K. Council and Authority may enter into an agreement



(1) The Council and Authority may enter into an agreement in relation to the
provision and co-ordination of place management services in the Co-ordination
area.

(2) An agreement made under this Part must-

   (a)  provide for the prescribed matters; and

   (b)  not be inconsistent with this Part or the regulations.
