Functions

27J. Functions

The functions of the Docklands Co-ordination Committee are to-

   (a)  approve any place management plan prepared for the Co-ordination area
        in accordance with the regulations; and

   (b)  approve any finance and infrastructure plan prepared for the
        Co-ordination area in accordance with the regulations; and

   (c)  provide advice, guidance and recommendations to the Council about the
        provision of place management services in the Co-ordination area; and

   (d)  carry out any function in relation to the monitoring of place
        management services that is delegated to the Committee under section
        27I.
