Vacation of office

7. Vacation of office

The office of an appointed member shall become vacant if the member-

   (a)  dies;

   (b)  resigns his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman
        of the Council; or

   (c)  is removed from office by the Chief Justice or professional
        association by whom or which he was appointed.
