3. Incorporation of the Council of Law Reporting in Victoria

     The Council shall be a body corporate by the name of "The Council of Law Reporting in Victoria" having perpetual succession and a common seal and capable of holding and disposing of property of suing and being sued and of doing and suffering all such other acts and things as bodies corporate may lawfully do and suffer.
