Companies (Application of Laws) Act 1981 - SCHEDULE 3

The provisions of Regulations in force for the time being under the
Companies (Fees) Act 1981 of the Commonwealth apply as if in those
Regulations-
1. a reference in the Schedule to a section, subsection or paragraph, without
an enactment being cited, were to be taken as a reference to that section,
subsection or paragraph of the Companies (Victoria) Code.
1A. for the words "the Territory" (wherever occurring) there were substituted
the words "the State".

2. for item 41 of the Schedule there were substituted the following item:

"41. On lodging an annual return of an exempt proprietary company that is a
service company within the meaning of section 4 of the Transfer of Land Act
1958, if the Commissioner for Corporate Affairs for Victoria is satisfied that
the company-

   (a)  was formed or incorporated for the sole purpose of carrying out the
        common purposes of the proprietors of the several stratum estates in
        the building subdivision within the meaning of that section in respect
        of which it is the service company; and
	(b)	operates solely for that purpose . .   . . 20.00".
