Marketable Securities Act 1970

43. Marketable Securities Act 1970



(1) A sufficient instrument of transfer under the
Marketable Securities Act 1970, in relation to a transfer of marketable
securities or a transfer of rights to marketable securities, that was duly
completed before the commencement of this Act has the same effect, and may be
used and dealt with, as if this Act had not been enacted.

(2) An agreement, application, acceptance, warranty or indemnity deemed by the
Marketable Securities Act 1970 to have been made or given by a person
continues to operate and has the same force and effect as if this Act had not
been enacted.
