Annual general meeting held before commencement of this Act

33. Annual general meeting held before commencement of this Act

Where, before the commencement of this Act, an annual general meeting of a
company was held and at the commencement of this Act the company had not
complied with section 158 or 159 of the Companies Act 1961 in relation to that
annual general meeting, that section continues to apply in relation to that
company in relation to that annual general meeting as if this Act had not been
enacted.
