Registers, funds and accounts

24. Registers, funds and accounts

Any register, fund or account kept immediately before the commencement of this
Act under any provision of the Companies Act 1961 shall be deemed to be part
of a register, fund or account kept under the corresponding provision of the
Companies (Victoria) Code.
