Property vested in Commissioner vests in Commission

23. Property vested in Commissioner vests in Commission

Where, immediately before the commencement of this Act, property was vested in
the Commissioner for Corporate Affairs by reason of the operation of section
310 of the Companies Act 1961, the property vests by force of this section in
the Commission and sections 462, 463 and 464 of the Companies (Victoria) Code
apply in relation to the property in like manner as they would apply if the
property had vested in the Commission pursuant to section 461 of that Code.
