Schedule

28. Schedule

The order set out in the Schedule is, for the purposes of this Act, taken to
be an order made under section 4 except that-

   (a)  despite section 5(1), the order takes effect on the day on which this
        Act commences; and

   (b)  section 5(3) (dealing with publication) does not apply to the order;
        and

   (c)  section 9 (dealing with disallowance) does not apply to the making of
        the order but applies to any variation of the order under section 8.
