Regulations

26. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to any
matter or thing-

   (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

   (b)  necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may-

   (a)  prescribe procedures for making a request to the Minister that he or
        she make an order under section 4 or grant an exemption under section
        6; and

   (b)  fix fees or charges to be paid in relation to any matter associated
        with the administration or operation of this Act.
