Transitional provisions-staff

10. Transitional provisions-staff



(1) Subject to subsection (2), on the appointed day, all the members of staff
of the former Councils become members of staff of the Greater Geelong City
Council with the same terms and conditions as those with the former Councils
and with the benefit of all accrued rights.
