Effect of receipts of corporation

3. Effect of receipts of corporation

The receipts of the corporation for any payments made in respect of any sales
or leases authorized by this Act shall be effectual discharges to the
purchasers lessees or other persons making the same respectively who shall be
in no manner concerned to see to the application thereof.
