2. Definitions

In this Act unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-



"Bishop of Ballarat" includes the person duly authorized to administer the
affairs of the Diocese of Ballarat during any vacancy of the See;



"trustee" means The Ballarat Diocesan Trustees.
