Short title and construction

1. Short title and construction

This Act may be cited as the Church of England Act 1903, and shall be
construed as one with an Act passed in Victoria in the year One thousand eight
hundred and fifty-four and intituled An Act to enable the Bishops Clergy and
Laity of the United Church of England and Ireland in Victoria to provide for
the regulation of the affairs of the said Church.
